An accomplished neurosurgeon with four decades of surgical experience, Dr. Franklin Epstein serves as chief of the Division of Surgery at the University of Texas Health Science Center’s Audie L. Murphy Memorial Hospital. Dr. Epstein holds an MD from the New York University (NYU) School of Medicine, where he graduated as class valedictorian and received numerous surgical and academic honors, including the James. E. Tower and Glover C. Arnold awards. Additionally, Dr. Franklin Epstein led his peers as NYU chapter president of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society (AOA).
